Those are some huge gains! That may be a great case study for Tim’s new book. I cant agree with you more about the mentality. For me, its always been the card I was delt is the one I am going to play. If I dont win the game, at least I had fun playing….

Like Yves, I was introduced to you via Tim Ferriss, and am an avid follower of yours. I really admire your style and the fact that you really are trying to live each day to its fullest. As someone who was diagnosed with a kidney disease a few years back (in my mid-20′s), I have really been trying to change my focus away from feeling like a victim and that “my life has changed for the worst” to a mentality of “get healthy, be happy, and go forward each day”. Right now I am undergoing a huge physical transformation of body and diet, and have lost 20lbs since late January, which is only making my disease stay away from getting more serious longer.

You are a true inspiration and a real hero to people like me. I hope someday I can meet (and travel) with you.

I look forward to hearing more from you in the future and can’t wait to watch this. Will it be on US TV? Or just online? Let us know!
